Façade Structure:  The Façade has four identical vertical sections separated by sligthly-projecting vertical bands (pilasters) that also rise slightly above the roofline.
 
Façade Decorations:  Sligthly-projecting vertical bands (pilasters) split the façade sections, and there is a geometric decoration at the top of each section.
 
Contour:  The buidling has a notched right corner with the hotel sign.
 
Entrance:  There is a deep recessed porch all along the front that also wraps around to the right side of the building. There are sculptured frieze panels at each side of the door.
 
Eyebrows:  There is a continuous eyebrows over the top window set on the right side of the building.
 
Frieze Panels:  The frieze panels at each side of the entrance door have an ocean theme with dolphins.
