The Façade has four identical vertical sections separated by sligthly-projecting vertical bands (pilasters) that also rise slightly above the roofline.

Sligthly-projecting vertical bands (pilasters) split the façade sections, and there is a geometric decoration at the top of each section.

The buidling has a notched right corner with the hotel sign.

There is a deep recessed porch all along the front that also wraps around to the right side of the building. There are sculptured frieze panels at each side of the door.

There is a continuous eyebrows over the top window set on the right side of the building.

The frieze panels at each side of the entrance door have an ocean theme with dolphins.
